We build a living model of you — your Selfling — that you can bring to any AI, so it understands how you think, how you’re built, and what works for you.

WORKPlan your best dayYour Selfling brings in your chronotype, natural focus windows, and sensitivity to stimulation.
Question: @Selfling let's plan a productive day Response: Your focus comes online later than most. Don’t waste the morning fighting it. Use 9–10:30am for admin. Protect 10:30am–1pm for your hardest thinking. Put meetings after lunch. You’re highly sensitive to interruption. Find somewhere quiet, silence notifications, and leave 10 minutes between meetings.
EATOrganise meals that sustain your energyYour Selfling adds context on how your body tends to process fuel, maintain energy, and experience hunger.
Question: @Selfling what should I cook tonight? Response: Your energy stays steadier when dinner leads with protein and fibre, not fast carbs. Make salmon with lentils and roasted vegetables. Add rice if you trained today. Don’t under-eat. That’s what sends your hunger back an hour later.
MOVECreate a gym workout that helps you performYour Selfling provides context on your physical architecture, training tendencies, and recovery profile.
Question: @Selfling plan my week at the gym Response: You’re built for repeatable effort, not back-to-back intensity. Plan three strength sessions and two easy cardio days, with hard sessions at least 48 hours apart. Keep one full rest day. You improve faster when recovery is part of the plan.

We build your Selfling from seven biological dimensions.

This creates the foundational personal context AI can’t infer from conversation alone.

Metabolic Pacing

How fast your body clears caffeine, alcohol, and medications.

🏃

Physical Architecture

How your body is built to perform physically.

📡

Sensory Gain

How you focus, think, and manage stress.

🌙

Circadian Pacing

When your brain and body are naturally at their best.

🔋

Stress Recovery

How quickly you recover after pressure or intensity.

🎯

Drive Profile

How your brain is motivated and wired to pursue.

🍽️

Fuel Partitioning

How your body stores and uses food and energy.

More useful, more personal, and more you over time.

Your Selfling learns from the context you choose to share and the conversations you have over time. Connect the things you already track to make it more helpful, more personal, and more you.

FAQ

You get your very own Selfling, a private, living model of how you’re built. It begins with your biology, mapped across seven dimensions, and is yours to explore with any AI tool you use.

You can then connect your Selfling to AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. When you call on it, your Selfling gives the AI the relevant personal context it needs to answer for you, not the average person.

There’s no new AI to learn and no need to explain yourself from scratch each time. Your Selfling goes wherever you already talk to AI.

We’ll send you an at-home test kit. Once our lab receives your sample, your complete Selfling will be ready to connect within 2 to 3 weeks.

Your Selfling begins with a layered model of your biology across seven dimensions. These include how you metabolise compounds, how your body is built to move, how you process sensory input, how you respond to stress, and when your body naturally wants to sleep.

Behind the scenes, we analyse genetic variants related to areas such as medication processing, exercise response, sensory sensitivity, and circadian rhythm. Each signal is weighted by the strength and quality of the supporting research, so well-replicated findings contribute more than newer or less certain ones.

The evidence is not equally strong across every dimension. Metabolism and physical architecture are well established. Circadian rhythm and stress recovery are supported but still developing. Drive profile is more exploratory and should be held more lightly. Your Selfling reflects these differences rather than presenting every insight with the same level of certainty.

Your Selfling never relies on a single genetic variant. It combines signals from across your biology to build a broader profile of how you tend to operate. When you call on your Selfling, it translates the relevant parts of that profile into plain-language context for your AI. This helps the AI begin with an informed model of you instead of defaulting to the average person.

But genetics are only the starting point, not the whole story. Your biology provides a stable foundation, while your lived experience makes your Selfling increasingly personal. Over time, it learns from the context, corrections, and feedback you choose to share. Its scientific foundation also evolves as new human research strengthens, challenges, or expands what we understand. The result is a Selfling that grows with you and becomes more useful over time.

No, never. We care about this as much as you do, which is why we set the company up so it legally can't happen. We're a Public Benefit Corporation, so your genetic data can never be sold, shared, or licensed to anyone. It's yours, and that's how it'll stay.

Your raw DNA file is stored securely and stays yours. We analyse it to generate your Selfling, and we look at patterns across people with similar genetics to make everyone's Selfling better over time. So your data helps build the collective picture, but your individual file is never sold, licensed, or shared with anyone. And you can delete it anytime you want.

You can delete your account and everything tied to it whenever you want. And when we say delete, we mean it. No anonymised data quietly kept behind the scenes, no exceptions. It's gone.

No. Your AI tools never receive your raw biological data, gene names, or genetic files.

When you call on your Selfling, it provides only the plain-language context relevant to your question. For example, it might tell the AI that your body clears caffeine slowly, without revealing the biological data behind that insight.

Your underlying data stays securely with Selfling. You control when your Selfling is used, which tools it connects to, and when those connections are removed. Selfling will never sell or license your biological data.

No. We made a deliberate choice early on not to go near that stuff. There's a whole category of genetic findings that just tell you something scary about what might happen one day, with nothing you can actually do about it, and we don't think that's helpful. Our focus is on things you can actually use, like how to train, eat, sleep, and live in the body you've got. If you want disease risk information, there are other services built for that.

That can happen. Your biology describes tendencies, not a fixed destiny. How those tendencies show up in your life is also shaped by your environment, habits, experiences, health, and history. No DNA file can see that entire picture.

Your Selfling is designed to be corrected. If something does not feel true, tell it what is wrong or add the context it is missing. It can learn the difference between your biological starting point and how you actually experience the world.

Some insights may be useful as hypotheses to explore, while others may simply not fit. Your feedback helps your Selfling become more accurate and personal over time. It also helps Selfling identify where our underlying models need to improve. Your Selfling begins with your biology, but it grows by listening to you.

Selfling is designed to help you understand yourself and give your AI more personal context. It is not a diagnostic tool, medical device, or replacement for a qualified healthcare professional.

Your Selfling does not have your complete clinical picture. It cannot diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or determine whether a medication is right for you. If you are dealing with symptoms, a medical condition, medication, or treatment plan, speak with a healthcare professional who can consider your full health history and circumstances.

Insights from your Selfling can help you ask better questions and have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider. They should not be used on their own to make medical decisions or change a treatment plan.
